What's Parkway's Vision for 2025?
As we step into a brand-new year, Parkway Church is embracing a powerful vision for 2025: Transforming. This theme is more than just a word; it's a call to action — a spiritual journey of moving from redemption to transformation. Inspired by scriptures like Romans 12:2, which encourages believers to "be transformed by the renewing of your mind," we are committing ourselves to deeper discipleship and lasting personal growth.
Parkway's Past Vision Focuses
Over the past few years, Parkway Church has experienced incredible spiritual momentum through our annual vision focuses. Each year has served as a stepping stone, leading us closer to our divine calling.
In 2021, with “Ignite,” we revived our passionate intimacy with Christ, focusing on rekindling our spiritual fire and hunger for God's presence.
In 2022, we entered into “Jubilee,” a year of restoring our purpose in God’s grand design, emphasizing spiritual renewal and reclaiming our identity in Christ.
In 2023, we simplified our focus on love—for God, for others, and for the mission he has entrusted to us, echoing the greatest commandments found in Matthew 22:37-39.
This past year, 2024, we focused on “Imitate,” aiming to be like Jesus in every thought, word, and deed, modeling our lives after Christ's example.

Parkway's Vision for 2025: Transforming
This year, our vision of Transforming challenges us to move "From Redemption to Transformation." While redemption marks the beautiful beginning of our faith journey, transformation is the lifelong process of becoming more and more Christ-like. Every day, a little more like Jesus.
That’s why Parkway is dedicating 2025 to a deeper focus on discipleship. This means our church calendar will be intentionally designed to support spiritual growth at every level. From leadership development to personal growth opportunities like small groups and Growth Tracks, we will have tools that help every one of us mature spiritually and live out their faith more fully.

Our 2025 Goals
To fully embrace our theme of Transforming, Parkway has set some clear goals for the year:
Increase small group involvement: Small groups will play a central role in fostering accountability, spiritual discussions, and stronger community connections.
Foster personal transformation and service: Through teaching and discipleship, we will be encouraged to pursue personal growth while also finding ways to serve within the church and community.
Develop leaders committed to making disciples: Leadership development will be a core part of our strategy, ensuring those who guide others are equipped with both biblical wisdom and practical tools.
